At Nodello, we aim to ship your order quickly and reliably, working with trusted delivery partners to ensure a smooth experience from checkout to delivery. Below you’ll find clear information about processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping availability by region.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Express shipping is only available within the United States.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
International deliveries may be subject to customs processing depending on the destination. While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, customs clearance times are outside of our control.
No additional import duties or tariffs are imposed by Nodello.

Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with missing items or visible damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
When reaching out, please include:

Photos of the outer packaging (if damaged)

A short description of the issue
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.
Packaging Damage
We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely.
If the packaging is damaged during transit but the product itself remains fully functional, this does not qualify for a replacement or refund.
If you’re unsure, please contact us and we’ll review the situation with you.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows your order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Once you have proof of loss or confirmation from the carrier, you may contact us for further guidance. Claims must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After this time, the order may already be in processing or shipment, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
